We use homeowner details to match you with a suitable local tree care professional and to respond to your enquiry. We use partner application details to review suitability for partnership and to contact you about that application. Our lawful basis for processing form submissions is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming the relevant consent checkboxes.
To do what you have asked, we share homeowner enquiries with one or more independent tree care professionals operating in your area so they can contact you and provide a quote. Once we introduce you, that professional becomes responsible for how they handle your details, and any work you agree is a contract directly between you and them.
Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Enquiries and applications may also be handled for us by Kwise Web, an independent website and operations partner. Analytics data is processed by Google as described above. We do not sell your details to anyone or use them for unrelated marketing.
We keep enquiry and application details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a short period afterwards in case you get back in touch. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent.
