Tree Care Chesterfield is an introduction service based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. We put homeowners in touch with independent tree surgeons who work in the local area. We do not carry out tree work, we do not employ the tree surgeons, and we are not party to any agreement you make with them.
Any quote you receive is given by the tree surgeon we introduce, not by us. Prices, timings, the work itself, and any guarantees are a matter between you and that tree surgeon. We would always encourage you to check their insurance and qualifications, and to get the quote in writing, before agreeing to any work.
We take reasonable care when introducing local tree care professionals, and partners may be asked to provide evidence of insurance, qualifications and relevant registrations. We cannot guarantee the standard of their work or the accuracy of what they tell you. Because the contract for the work is between you and the tree care professional, we are not liable for the work carried out, for any loss or damage arising from it, or for any dispute between you and them. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to give accurate details on the enquiry form and to use the site only for genuine enquiries. The content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Our privacy policy explains what we do with the details you send us, including the fact that we share them with a local tree surgeon so they can quote for your job.
